PPS Basics Course
8 CE HOUR CLASS
The Pain Patterns & Solutions (PPS) Basic course teaches you about the Reverse Trigger Pointing techniques for the back. Reverse Trigger Pointing is a concept where you use the "x" (TP) on a chart and correlate it to specific and repeatable areas to release the force, pressure, and imbalance for that muscle to change the Trigger Point. Rooted in physics and brain reflexes, this work is extremely effective for changing pain patterns and decreasing high levels of inflammation. For example: you will learn how to use the IT Band to release Trigger Points in the Rhomboids and QL and 4 other Reverse Trigger Pointing Patterns This online course is broken down into 3 modules to help the student complete this training in step-by-step segments.
